We are committed to raising up workers, equipping leaders, encouraging pastors, and helping local churches multiply faithful workers who carry the hope of Christ into their communities and beyond.

We believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the hope of the world. We believe the Holy Spirit is still calling, equipping, and empowering ordinary believers to accomplish extraordinary things for the Kingdom of God. We believe the harvest is still plentiful, and that one of the Church's greatest needs today is more faithful, mature workers who are prepared to serve wherever God calls them.
